Brandy Manning offers clients over two decades of commercial trial and appellate experience in the Permian Basin, specifically focusing on the energy industry. She represents producers, service companies, mineral owners, landowners, royalty owners, lessees, lessors, landowners, and alternative energy clients in oil and gas, general business, and ad valorem tax matters. She is board-certified in civil appellate law, and represents clients before administrative bodies, as well as in justice, trial, and appellate courts across Texas and New Mexico. 

Brandy has been a founding partner of two Permian Basin-based law firms, and previously worked for the largest regional oil and gas law firm in the U.S., where she represented industry stakeholders in a variety of oil and gas-related litigation and appeals. In addition to her experience in private practice, Brandy worked as a strategic planning analyst for a major oil and gas company, uniquely situating her to represent her clients’ interests.
